The personal service and genuine interest they have in you and your business absolutely sets them apart. When we were with a large bank, the customer service made the entire experience extremely frustrating. There was a significant amount of changeover and that made resolving problems very difficult because we never had a direct person to call. 

We wanted to get away from all that so we switched to Cornerstone Community Bank because we knew we would get exceptional service there. I know I can call the bank manager directly and get all of the information I need, or get any issue I have resolved with that one phone call. The way they operate sometimes sounds like simple common sense or common courtesy: returning phone calls, truly caring about their customers, being available and approachable. But when you go to the national banks you realize that’s what matters. When you don’t get that service you realize very quickly just how important it is and what a difference it makes in the way you’re able to run your business.
